30-Day Warm Feet Guarantee

If your Bleacher Boots aren't warm enough for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a full refund of the purchase price.

How to claim a refund

1. Email support@hollogoods.com with your order number, within 30 days of delivery.
2. Tell us briefly what went wrong. We may ask for a photo.
3. We reply within one business day and tell you if anything needs to be sent back. Please don't post anything to us before you hear from us.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. How quickly the money appears after that depends on your bank or card issuer.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full, at no cost to you.

Cancelling an order

Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll cancel it if it hasn't shipped. After it ships, please use the refund process above.

EU and UK customers

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, in addition to the guarantee above. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
