Will they fit over my shoes?
They're made to slip over most sneakers. The inner sole is about 30 x 13 cm (12 x 5 in), so they fit sneakers up to about 12 in long. One size, no left or right.
How tall are they?
About 40 cm (16 in), so they come up to mid-calf.
Can I wear them over just socks?
Yes. Kick your shoes off, slide your socks in and close the strap.
Can I walk in them?
They're made for sitting, with an anti-slip sole for the short walk to your seat. Take care on icy, wet or slippery surfaces and steps, and keep them out of mud and deep puddles.
Are they waterproof?
No. The outer is windproof and wipes clean, but they aren't made for standing in water or snow.
Will my feet get too hot?
They're built for cold days. If it warms up, open the strap and slide them off. They fold flat for your bag.
How do I clean them?
Wipe the outer with a damp cloth and let them air dry. Skip the washing machine.
What's in each bundle?

What is the Sideline Hand Muff?
A fleece-lined pouch you wear at your waist or around your neck. Both hands slide in from the sides, and there's a zip pocket for your phone, keys or a hand-warmer pack. About 44 x 18 cm, black.

How long will my order take?
Orders ship in 1–3 business days and usually arrive in about 7–15 days. You'll get a tracking link by email when your parcel ships. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
Will it arrive before Christmas?
Order by early December to be safe. The order-by date is shown on the product page.
My tracking hasn't updated. Is something wrong?
Usually not. Tracking can take a few days to show its first scan, and there are often quiet stretches in transit. If nothing has moved in 7 business days, email us and we'll look into it.
Can I change my address or cancel?
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll fix or cancel it if it hasn't shipped yet.
What's the 30-day warm feet guarantee?
If they're not warm enough for you, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a refund. Details are in our Refund & Return Policy.
Something arrived damaged or wrong.
Email us within 7 days with a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund you.
